Good morning 10 I have a good experience in Afc urgent care Doctor Ashley and Nelly They took care of my baby with a lot of love and patience, I am very grateful for the treatment of my family. I recommend 100 % to go to urgent care

Waited 2 hrs to get attended. There were not that many people waiting at the care station, so they must be understaffed. Terrible

This was my 1st time visiting at an Urgent Care facility, as I normally get my medical care as a Veteran at a VA hospital. The wait time for my VA insurance verification took a bit long, but thats the VA's process. My experience with Grecia, the X-ray tech/nurse there, was super super nice, poise & patient with me. Her being there surely made me feel less anxious & she even made me laugh a bit. When I saw Dr. Kaur after, she was ok & very young. I did find that she talked bit fast & I told her kindly that she did. It seemed as if she was rushing me little bit though, while I was thinking of my answers to her few questions... maybe I was answering too slowly? I'm also guessing I felt a little rushed because maybe I was her last patient, it was a Friday evening & the office was indeed closing? But none of that should've even mattered. Overall, I will consider going back to this location if needed in the future.
